We provide Condition Monitoring (CM) service.
CM is essential for reducing machinery brake down and maintenance costs.
Our CMS (Condition Monitoring System) is focused on intelligent embedded data logging for machinery like:
- Gearboxes, Transmissions
- Electric Drives, Generators
- Pumps
- Engines
- Powertrains
- Blowers
The CMS consists of one or more RMU(s) (Remote Monitoring Unit) and a Master PC or a central client server.
The RMU can be used in stand-alone mode as single point application, as well as in client-server network mode.
The RMU performs data acquisition and analysis in background mode 24h, observing and analyzing continuously the condition of the machinery.
The basic strength of the CMS is the "easy to install", "easy to control" and reliable data analysis. Due to the sophisticated analysis software the after treatment of the measured data can be reduced to a minimum, which results in lower running costs of the CM process.
